*The winner of the 5K giveaway will be announced at the end of this post! No cheating! :)*

Today is a very special day and a very special edition of Friday Favorites because it is my best friend in the whole wide world's birthday! What better way than to have a 'Friday Favorite' post than with my favorite?!

Spring vibes.
I'm seriously feeling ALL of the spring vibes right now!

Last Monday of March! Why are all of these months just flying by like this?!
Hey lovelies! Happy Friday!

I hope you all have some cool things planned for the weekend! I'm not sure if it is going to happen, but I am hoping to get a lot of rest this weekend. I have been going and going nonstop and it is really starting to wear on my body. I'm so surprised I haven't gotten sick (knocks on wood), but make sure if you've had a busy month, you try to take care of you this weekend! I'll let y'all know if I actually get some rest next week.

Today, I decided that I wanted to go ahead and share the things that will be in my 5K Giveaway! I know I initially said that it would be a surprise, but I'm excited to share some of my favorite things with you, so I thought why not? As you know, in my giveaway I will be giving out a $25 gift card to Amazon + 5 of my all time favorite things! So, ready to know what those favorite things are?! :) Here we go!
We have all been in that extremely uncomfortable tight space. The one where we are getting pulled in what seems like a million different directions, with no logical resolve in sight. We are faced with that overwhelming tough decision that we never thought we would face, but it's here now and we don't know what to do with it. Should I accept this new job? Should I branch out on my own and be an entrepreneur? Should I end this relationship? Should I move away from home? Should I continue my education? The list can go on and on and on because unfortunately, as adults, we deal with a lot of tough decisions that sometimes seriously make me want to go back to being a kid again.

*Hey lovelies! Stay tuned to the bottom of this post for details on my 5K Giveaway!*

I'm a really simple girl when it comes to hanging out. I'm ALWAYS down for dinner and a movie, whether we go out to dinner and to the movies or... we stay in, order pizza, and watch movies all day! The latter is my preference most of the time unless there's a really good movie out I'm dying to see. I can confidently say that staying in and re watching some of my favorite movies over and over again is one of my most favorite past times. The problem is, I don't know many people who feel that way, so a lot of times I can only do this on days when I'm going to be by myself! My husband is a busy-body and hardly ever wants to just sit in the house. So if you're a cool girl who enjoys the idea of binge watching movies on the couch, please come be my friend! HAHA

Happy Wednesday Lovelies!

This past weekend, I had the opportunity to shop the new Spring Collection at my local Versona store and I had a great time!

Friday Favorites | Sprung on Spring

Happy Friday beauties!

I'm so happy to be in the month of March because one of my favorite seasons is almost here! Now, don't get me wrong, my allergies HATE the spring, but the rest of me LOVES it! I just pop a Zyrtec and move right along my merry way. Every spring, I tend to be drawn toward certain colors and styles. I'm not sure if you guys payed attention to NYFW, but the spring trends this year are all so poppin! I can't wait to share some of my new favorite looks with you.
So here's the story: You're hardly ever single, so you don't truly know what being single feels like. Or you ARE single, but you have a 'whenever I need him', 'we just kicking it' guy. You find a man that drops you a few compliments, takes you on a date or two, texts you good morning, and you fall head-over-heels for him within about a weeks time, but you're still not official. Then, after a few weeks you start to just feel "okay" in your situationship. Sometimes you're happy.. sometimes you're pissed off, you're constantly wondering "what if", or comparing your situation to your friends relationships. You just don't understand. Like, why are they always on "cloud nine"? Why they always making their relationship 'seem' like it's good? Who gets in real relationships anymore unless you're trying to get married? That's not real life.. is it?

So a few days ago, I read an article online about someone taking a personality test and I immediately became interested to see if by taking one, it would really be able to pinpoint me and my different characteristics. I didn't think it would be worth it, but I was bored and it was raining so I decided to go for it.I had heard a lot about personality tests, but never tried it for myself. I think self-reflection is important always and what better way to self reflect than to see details of  your personality right in front of you. Side note: this post is kind of long, so I'm sorry about that in advance, but it's good information, promise!

The website where I took my test was called 16 Personalities. There is really no particular reason why I chose that site. I literally googled "personality test" and it just so happened to be the one I clicked! If you're interested in taking one for yourself, you can access that site here. Now, I thought it would be fun to share some of my results with you guys, but don't judge me. Some of this stuff is like HARD constructive criticism. It asks A LOT of questions before you get results, so I was getting annoyed with it quickly, but I finished. The results started out by telling me that I am a Protagonist, which the only definition I know for that is a leading character in a movie, play or film, so I assumed they were saying that I am a leader, which I can't argue with, but then I thought, Jamaria, reading is fundamental, so that's when I started taking it seriously and decided to read my results completely. As I scrolled down, I noticed that they separated my personality into five different groupings.
Well guys, I did it! I went the entire month of February, drinking absolutely nothing but water. I did share a little bit about doing this on my Snapchat, but I didn't get a chance to share with you guys here on TJE that I was going to do this. Some of my friends and family knew I was going to do it, but honestly, a lot of people didn't think I would make it the entire month. They thought I would make it maybe a week and then give in, but guess what? I DID IT! :) I feel extra proud of myself because to be honest, I've never been a huge fan of water. I know that sounds silly, but it's true! I've never drank as much water as I should drink, but as an adult I realize the importance of it. Old habits just die hard! I LOVE me some Sprite! I used to drink like 3-4 Sprites a day, which is TERRIBLE I know... but I was addicted! Honestly, I used to say give me ANYTHING but water and I'd be good.
