Easy and Delicious Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe

Hi Friends!

Another day in quarantine means I'm bringing you another recipe! I'm really excited about this buffalo chicken dip recipe because it is one of my favorite things to make and eat. Not only is it delicious, but it is VERY easy to prepare. It is something that you can mix together the day before, store in the fridge, and then pop it in the oven before you're ready to eat it. Also, I personally think once cooked, it's even better the second day. This buffalo chicken dip is the perfect dish for a gathering with friends, a snack while watching sports or a movie, or just any random day. If you love buffalo chicken and a little spice kick, then you will absolutely love this dish too.

When I first started making this dip, I would just use tortilla chips to dip into this spicy, cheesy, goodness every single time I had it, but oh has that changed. I now really enjoy preparing french fries and scooping this dip on top for a 'cheesy buffalo chicken loaded fries' type of situation. Trust me, it is absolutely delicious! I still eat it with chips from time to time as well.

Other good options would be:
- crackers
- celery
- on a baked potato
- as a sandwich
- by itself with a fork

Honestly, it doesn't really matter how you eat this stuff, all that matters is that you EAT IT. You want to know another reason why I love it? Because it's easy to make! Y'all know I love me some easy meals. For the chicken, you could buy a fully cooked rotisserie chicken and pull it, or what I actually did this time was I bought the Tyson Fully-Cooked Pulled Chicken Breast and warmed it up in the skillet. I added my preferred seasonings and it was ready to go in about 10 minutes. Once the chicken is done, mix all of the other ingredients together, pop it in the oven for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees and you're ready to eat!

I hope you enjoy this super delicious buffalo chicken dip this summer and share the recipe with your family and friends! If you try it and love it, please come here and drop me a line to let me know. :)
