HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY EVERYONE!
I hope that you're able to spend this love-filled day with those you love the most. Last week was tough on my family as we lost my Aunt Vickie. She tried to prepare us because she knew that day was coming, but I don't think you can ever be prepared for the amount of grief that comes with losing someone you love. I will say, she went to be with God with the most dignity I've ever seen. She was so at peace and she was ready. That strength she had helps us to move forward. Remembering her, someone I love today, makes this day even sweeter. I know shes looking down and smiling hard. :)
I'm extra excited today because my husband has surprise plans for us tonight and I am completely clueless on what we are doing. He told me I needed to be home from work today by 3pm, so I better leave on time, huh? I'll be sure to fill you guys in later, so no worries.

A little bit about this outfit; I'm starting to fall in love with buffalo plaid more and more each day. I love the look of it, so when I found this dress a few years back I knew I had to have it. Layering it with my OTK boots and my black fur vest made it a perfect piece for winter! In the fall, you'll probably catch me wearing it with sandals or booties.
