Our Weekend in Nashville

Hey beauties! Happy Monday! :)

I hope you all had an amazing weekend because I know I definitely did. I took some time to step away from posting on Instagram and I just wanted to enjoy myself. Sometimes it's good to take a step away and just enjoy the moments. So, my husband and I spent a lot of time in Nashville this weekend, basically being tourists in our own city exploring the different parts of East Nashville and we had an amazing time.

On Friday, we ate dinner at Rosepepper with some friends for the first time and it was REALLY good! Rosepepper has Mexican food and great drinks. I'd definitely go again. Then, we went across the street to Jeni's Ice Cream and I got the lemon sorbet and it was so good! It had pieces of real lemons in it and it was so zesty and fresh. If you're in the Nashville area, you should definitely try both of those places!

Saturday, my husband and I went to Edley's BBQ to eat. Side note, if you guys haven't noticed by now, we really like to eat! It's like our favorite past time together. So, any food spots you guys think we should try, please list them below so we can check it out! Anyway, we went to Edley's and I have to be honest y'all, I did NOT like it. I don't want to go into too much details because if you guys want to try it out, then you should. However, I was not satisfied at all. I will most likely never go back again.

Saturday night we went to our friends Britne and Sebastian's house to hangout and we had a really good time. We were just eating, drinking, and talking and I honestly haven't laughed as hard and as much as I did that night in a LONG time! I love spending time with my friends. I wish the weekend didn't have to end. :)
