Jam in the City | Christiansted Tourist

Hey y'all! Happy Tuesday!
Today, this post is all about our day in Christiansted. For those of you who don't know, St. Croix has like two main towns, Christiansted and Frederiksted. Our resort was on the outskirts of Frederiksted, so one of the days we were there, we decided to take a cab into Christiansted because everyone told us that's where all the shopping was (y'all know I love to shop) and other restaurant options plus some pretty cool buildings along the boardwalk!

We had so much fun on this day! For those of you who follow me on Instagram, you know my hubby and I bought bracelets in St. Croix that are Virgin Island traditional bracelets and we got them when we were in Christiansted. Also, the boardwalk in Christiansted is where most people dock to go snorkeling, diving, to secret beaches, and sunset sailing. I really wanted to do a sunset sail and Marcus wanted to dive (he's a master scuba diver), but we will save that for our next trip. We saw so many cool yellow buildings and oh my gosh there were Roosters everywhere! It was so cool haha. We ate at a restaurant called Rum Runners for lunch and it was really good. We aren't really seafood people, but for those of you who are, they have fresh seafood at literally like every restaurant.

I'm going to post a couple pictures below! I hope you enjoy and have a wonderful day! xo
Y'all know yellow is my favorite color, so I was loving these buildings!
Me just being a tourist! :)
You can't really see it in this picture, but the building behind me was really pretty!
This was when I realized there was a resort behind me that was boat accessible only. I thought it was pretty cool.
Love these pineapple sandals from Charming Charlie! You can get some here!
I had to get my handsome photographer in a picture! :)

Okay so I found these 'Bride' sunglasses in the suitcase we took on our trip and I thought it was pretty ironic so I had to take a picture in them! I got to be a bride one more time on our anniversary trip haha!
