Throw It Back | Laughter

Love & Laughter. All anyone ever really needs is love in one hand, and laughter in the other.
With you, I am complete because I have them both.
I decided that in honor of the ever so popular "Throw Back Thursday" on social media, I would translate it over to this blog and "throw it back" with you guys each week. Today's throw back is dedicated to laughter and when I think about laughter and who truly makes me laugh, my husband is the first person to come to mind. These pictures are from our engagement shoot last year and we had so much fun mainly because my adorable husband was making me laugh the entire time! YES, these laughs and smiles in these pics are 100% genuine. It was so hot that day and he made it so much fun. To most of the general public, let's just say he's pretty serious and always about his business. But with me? Oh, he is the sweetest, kindest, SILLIEST, big kid at heart, selfless man in the whole world and I couldn't feel more blessed.

You know how guys are, sometimes they don't want the world to know some of the silly things they do at home behind closed doors (I want to give examples so bad, but I know he will kill me haha), so you guys will just have to take my word for it! I swear my husband and I could have a reality TV show because our conversations and some of the silly things we do are just hilarious!
My advice? If you haven't already, find someone that truly makes you laugh. Seriously. Do you know how therapeutic laughter is? If you can laugh until it hurts every single day, you somehow feel better afterward than you did before. I'm not just speaking of a significant other. Find a best friend, family member, co-worker, anyone that can just make you laugh at least three times a day. I promise you will instantly be happier.

I would love to hear from you guys on who's your source of laughter and smiles. Drop me a comment below. :)

Thanks for reading! XOXO
