Striped Jumpsuit w/ Pockets + Life Lately

Happy April friends!
I hope no one played any too harsh jokes on you yesterday. :) It has been so long since I have played any April Fool's jokes on people that I kind of forget about it. I did see a fun one on Facebook where a wife saved all of her Amazon boxes and then put them outside for her husband to find so it would look like she had done some serious shopping, haha! My husband would have FREAKED!

Anyway, I'm so excited to be in a brand new month and especially this particular month! So many exciting things happening and I can't wait! If you read this post then you already know a couple of the major things I am looking forward to this spring season, and two of those things are happening this month! My husband (Marcus) and I will be celebrating our four year wedding anniversary on the 11th, and then at the end of the month I will be attending the Nashville Cocktail Festival! I'm SOOO excited! I went to one of the events last year, so I'm super excited to attend a couple more this year and don't worry.. you'll hear all about it afterwards!

Marcus and I just got back from Palm Beach, FL on Sunday and we had the BEST time! I wore this jumpsuit to dinner one of the nights we were there and got so many compliments! It's super comfortable, super cute, and did I mention it has pockets? WIN. I'm a sucker for a cute jumpsuit! I am extremely obsessed with traveling and my husband has to tell me to relax a lot because if it was up to me, we would just keep going and going! We have some financial goals we are trying to reach this year, so some of our travel plans may get put on hold. Have to do the responsible thing sometimes, right?

As for the rest of life now? It's good! My husband and I are still recording our podcast weekly and loving it. We have a great time with it! I've been feeling more motivated than ever when it comes to growing my blog and I finally feel like I'm back where I want to be. I've been spending a lot of time with my family and close friends and I'm honestly happier than I have been in a long time! Last year was kind of rough on me and I know I didn't really talk about it much on here and I promise I will in due time. You know how when there's a story you have a beginning, rise, climax, fall, and then the resolve? Well, I think I'm still in the falling stage, but in a good way! As soon as I get closer to the resolution, I will be updating you guys. Get ready though, I'm sure it'll be a long post. :)
